"How to send your photos"
- In the "Send" heading, click on your chosen Pack
- A new window opens according to your Email program (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook...)
Attention : The window opens only if an Email program is associated to your browser. If you need, copy here the Email address of your chosen Pack on a new message- Attach your high resolution files. (min 10 per Pack)
The amount of photos you can send per mail is determined by your Email provider (usually 10 mo). You won't be able to attach all you files in one mail so, just send as many mails as necessary.

Some Informations
As soon as we receive your 10 or more photos, you get a confirmation from us. Once the work is completed, we Email you the low resolution preview of the finished work for validation. Simultaneously, you receive a mail from PayPal with your personal link for payment. Upon confirmation of your payment, we Email you the retouched files ready to be printed.
Each photo is individually retouched by hand by a graphic artist according to the picture's needs, not by an automated digital processor. We handle mainly digital photos. However, high quality scanned documents are accepted.
Please note : Ancient photo restoration and colorization of black and white are not part of any of our Packs.
Colors of pictures can vary depending on your monitor's adjustment. For reference, we mainly work on Adobe RGB (1998) ICC color profile however, we accept any profile.
Concerning the reproduction on paper or other support, colors can also be slightly different depending on the Lab or printer used.
For your files transfers, we chose the easiest way : through Email. You don't have to create an account and as your Email address is never online, you don't have the hassle to receive unwanted mails.

The Conditions
The decision to accept a retouch within the context of a Pack is upon our judgment. For reference here are the details of included retouches :
Adjustment Pack : light, contrast, shadows, colors,
straightness, size, sharpness, monochrome conversion.
Makeover Pack : the Adjustment Pack features + replace background or suppress a person, object, pattern..., add text, perform special effects.
The final result depending on the quality of the original picture, we won't sharpen a photo too blurred. If you decide to send one, it's under the implicit agreement that it's to work on the artistic potential rather than the sharpness. Moreover, depending on your camera's quality, details in the shadows of a dark photo can be non-existent in that case, we don't recreate missing information.
The whole content of this website is protected by Copyright laws. The use of any of our images other than for a personal purpose is illegal without the consent of PhotoFinalTouch.com. Nothing can be downloaded or printed. Reproducing even partially the constituent of this site is prohibited.
The rate per photo of 0.99€ for the Adjustment Pack and 2.99€ for the Makeover Pack are only offered by Packs of 10 photos minimum per order. If you wish to send more than 10 files, each additional photo will be charged at the unitary rate. Order of less than 10 photos will be charged at the chosen Pack's price. Rates can be modified at any time without notice.
PhotoFinalTouch.com commits to respect the confidentiality of any given information and to delete the original files 15 days after payment. Since you don't create any account on our website, you don't leave your Email address online which also ensure a better confidentiality. PhotoFinalTouch.com could not be held responsible for any case of interception or misuse of the information during photos transfers.
PhotoFinalTouch.com reserves the right to refuse to retouch any photo not falling into the described criteria of the chosen Pack, as well as the ones we disapprove of or showing illegal features. Users understand and agree that any image perceived as a law transgression would be given to the concerned authority and declare being the legal owners of the transferred files.
We strongly advise you to keep the original of the submitted files. In case of a system breakdown, we would have to ask you for another copy. PhotoFinalTouch.com could not be held responsible for the incident and it would not be reason for a compensation.
Colors can be different depending on the Lab, printer or color profile you use, therefore the result is not under our responsibility.
Each order is processed upon arrival rank and we do our best to return the finished work as soon as possible. However, we don't guarantee any time limit.
